The only equipment you will need is a flex tube withe handles. You can get one for less than $10.00 at Walmart or Target or TJ Maxx or....Well. you get the picture!

- 5 min warm up of jumping jacks or jogging in place or both

-perform 8 push ups, 10 squats and 15 crunches and repeat these 3 for 5-8 minutes.

-Hook flex tubing on door jam and perform standing rows for 1 minute, followed by reverse crunches for 30 secs. finish with alternating lunges for 1 min.

-Anchor flex tubing under your feet and perform 8 bicep curls, 8 lateral raises, 8 military presses and repeat for 3-4 sets.

-Finish with 5 minutes of light jogging in place and 5 full minutes of stretching.
