8 BASIC FITNESS TIPS


1 - 30 MINUTES OF REPETITIVE PHYSICAL ACTIVITY 5-7 DAYS A WEEK
i.e. walking, jogging, step class, gardening, yard work, etc.

2 - WARM UP YOUR MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE WORKING OUT, EVEN BEFORE STRETCHING

3 - WEIGHT OR RESISTANCE TRAINING PROGRAM AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK

4 -ALTERNATE BODY PARTS WHEN DOING RESISTANCE TRAINING (UPPER BODY /LOWER BODY)
i.e. push ups then squats, or bicep curls then hamstring curls

5 - DRINK AT LEAST 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY AND DRINK WATER THROUGHOUT YOUR WORKOUT

EAT 3 MEALS AND 2 SNACKS A DAY…YES, EVERYDAY!

6 - REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF PROCESSED AND SIMPLE CARBOHYDRATES THAT YOU EAT
i.e. white bread, sugar, white rice, cookies, cakes, chips etc.

7 - ENCOURAGE YOURSELF AND YOUR LOVED ONES TO FOLLOW THESE
 TIPS….FOREVER!

8 - CONSIDER HIRING A PERSONAL TRAINER TO MOTIVATE,GUIDE, AND EDUCATE YOU ABOUT FITNESS AND NUTRITION
