Off Season Conditioning Program For Interscholastic And College Athletes


The Psychological Aspects of Performance


Visualization
The athlete is instructed on the techniques of visualization, learning to “see” their
Goals and watch them unfold, in their minds.

 

Meditation
Athletes are trained on basic meditation methods, while learning how to channel energy and clear their minds of unproductive thought processes.

 


Focus
Using both visualization and meditation techniques the athlete is taught how to   
summon up mental energy, channel it, and maintain it  in a trance-like state.



 Diet And Nutrition

The athlete is educated on what to eat, what not to eat, nutritional values, caloric intake, proper hydration, and helpful nutritional supplements

Goals
At the end of each session each athlete states his/her goals and what their progress is towards the goal.


Paul Johnson
Paul has many years experience as an athlete (Track and Field), personal trainer and coach.
As a high school track runner he was one of the best 800 meter runners in the state of Ohio.  As a coach he coached and trained several runners on the California AAU Track and Field circuit.  As a personal trainer, he as helped numerous individuals reach and even exceed their personal fitness goals.  Paul is both a motivator and a teacher.


Jeff Phillips
Jeff is a certified personal fitness trainer with a B.A. in Health Administration. He has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years. He currently has over 40 clients that he trains motivates and instructs. Through his guidance they are reaching and exceeding their goals and enhancing their quality of life.
