GOLF FITNESS AND FLEXIBILITY PROGRAM

A FIVE (5) WEEK PROGRAM THAT WILL RAISE YOUR GAME TO A HIGHER LEVEL.


3setsof10.com has helped many golfers improve their game by following a program of body weight exercises, dynamic and static stretches, flex band and dumbell routines.


The five (5) week program is structured to help golfers of all skill levels. From the novice to the scratch golfer. This program is guaranteed to add length to your drives and approach shots. You will have increased stamina to play at a consistent level throughout the entire round.

 


All clients will recieve a flex band for pre-round stretching, and a free "flex" round of golf with the instructor. For more information email us today.
